THE BALL AND SLAPSTICK SERIES

Four fragments of a film hologram are displayed separately in three distinct structures. The hologram shows a ball and a stick, evoking the « ball and stick » representation system of molecules in chemistry, meaning an atom and its bond. The original motif appears in full on each fragment. The holograms are shown by means of a sculptural display and a moving laser light, which makes each fragment visible according to predefined cycles.
